And this game does a great job of bringing the retro classic old school arcade game home to your gameroom. The gameplay is solid, the graphics are nice and the footage from the review shows all of that. Enjoy several Williams brand pinball classics like Gorgar, Space Shuttle, Firepower, Pinbot, Funhouse, Taxi, Whirlwind and Black Knight. (but no Bride of Pinbot!??) Mutiball, multi-ball! Classic Game Room HD reviews TIME SPLITTERS 2 for the Nintendo Gamecube video game console. Thie Time Splitters 2 review shows gameplay from the game and explains why the Timesplitters series is one of the best video game series ever created. Cortez is back and badder than ever in the sequel to the amazing Time Splitters. Although TS2 is available on the Playstation 2 PS2, being that this is NINTENDO WEEK on Classic Game Room we picked up this Gamecube copy for .50 and love it! What a great deal on an excellent game! The Time Splitters games are from Free Radical, who should be hard at work on Time Splitters 4 by now for PS3 and Xbox 360 and maybe Wii. It is a science fiction, comedy, zombie, adventure, parody first person shooter FPS video game with loads of weapons from different time periods from the past and future. Use laser guns, tommy guns, plasma autorifles, revolvers and flamethrowers all in one game. Behead zombies, save maidens and invade the UFO base. Timesplitters 2 is in between Timesplitters 1 and Timesplitters Future Perfect (aka Time Splitters 3). It bridges the gap nicely, has the awesome multiplayer mode and looks outstanding on the Nintendo Gamecube. Many people think that the Gamecube version of this game is better than the PS2 version. CGR can't recall much of a difference, it rocks on the Gamecube (CGR played it on the Nintendo Wii acting as a Gamecube using the standard Gamecube controller). Classic Game Room reviews the Japanese Sony Playstation 2 model PS2 SCPH-90000. If you want to play games like Thunder Force 6 and Front Mission 5 you need a machine that can play them, and American PS2's just won't do the trick. You really only have 2 options, modifications or importing a Japanese PS2. CGR decided to purchase a new Japanese region NTSC 100v PS2 from Play-asia.com with a heaping jar of pocket change and play Thunder Force VI like it's our job (it is). There are tons of import titles available only in Japan for the Playstation 1 and PS2. For some reason (money) these game companies make certain genres region locked or encoded and contain them to market specific parts of the world. They assume that Americans don't want to play Japanese SHMUPS like TF6 or Macross Plus or strategy games like Front Mission 2 and FM5. They thought wrong! We do want to play these games and although not cheap, it's not like you have to cut your arm off either. Importing a Japanese region NTSC Playstation 2 has never been easier or less expensive. This SCPH-90000 works on American AC power and plays games just like a US PS2. You can even set the system menus to English, and most games seem to have English menus anyway. The final boss of the Teen Titans video game for sixth generation consoles. Teen Titans (the video game) is extremely easy to play and beat within a day. The other special features that make it stand out would be "Master of Games" and particular treasures to unlock clips and galleries within the game itself. Overall, a good game if you are a fan of the series.
