@aaaChannel5 Left 4 Dead 2 if you like playing with others. This if you like messing around by yourself. Both are fantastic, though I think Left 4 Dead 2 is a slightly better game.

This game has blood marls etc on enemys when u hit them, blood splaters alot on ceilings, and blood flies of enemys when u hit them. I think it shoudl ahve a 12 or 15 though…. 18 is exesive.

ok, theres hardly any m- games which have fun stunts, coz theirs blood and stuff, soo, yeah, btw their not really violent, for eg, halo -
shoot, die, fall (with hardly any blood)
and i think some m games can turn blood off, hope this helps you
